Cost, important dates and general information

 

The registration will have a cost of US$ 400, if it is done before June 30, 1999 and of US$ 500, if it is carried out after that date. That cost includes the following aspects, besides the entrance to the sessions:

  • Identification and certificate of attendance
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch in the Main Restaurant of the CIED
  • Farewell Cocktail
  • Symposium materials, including CD-ROM with all the papers.

This agency is in capacity of organizing trips to the tourist areas of Venezuela, such as: Margarita Island, Keys Los Roques, Great Savanna, Canaima and Mérida; as well as to the neighboring Island of Aruba (Dutch Antilles).

Hotels

The detailed information of hotels will appear in the final version of the invitation. The CIED has requested corporate price for people who stay in the nearby hotels to the Venue: Tamanaco, Eurobuilding, Paseo Las Mercedes and Best Western CCCT. Prices oscillate between $90 and $150 per night. There are other hotels in the city with smaller rates, but their physical location doesn't facilitate the transfer toward the headquarter of the event.
